AMANA SOL

Amana is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and the founder of Amana Sol Yoga, a wellness space rooted in softness, presence, and healing through intentional movement. Her classes offer a gentle return to the body, especially for women navigating stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm.

In addition to teaching yoga, Amana works full-time as a foster care case manager. Her lived experience in high-stress environments allows her to hold space with deep empathy and care.

Her teaching style is slow, grounding, and non-performative centered on safety, inner connection, and creating space for rest. Amana specializes in supporting women who are used to being the strong ones, offering them a place to soften and be supported themselves.

Amana offers in person sessions at Perfect Petals Dance Studio, but can offer sessions virtually.
