Led by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR-Certified Trauma Specialist, Ashley Rhys, this experience offers a sacred pause from the pressures of everyday life—allowing your body and mind to rest, reset, and restore. Through the gentle vibrations of the singing bowls, the ocean drums, rainstick, and chimes, guided breathwork, and intentional stillness, you'll be invited to soften into stillness, reconnect with your inner calm, and allow rest to rise from within.

This gentle evening sound bath is created to help you:

  • Release emotional heaviness

  • Center yourself before family gatherings

  • Navigate grief or missing loved ones

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Find calm, clarity, and grounded peace

  • Reset your energy before entering a busy season
