Led by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR-Certified Trauma Specialist, Ashley Rhys, this experience offers a sacred pause from the pressures of everyday lifeβallowing your body and mind to rest, reset, and restore.
Through the gentle vibrations of the singing bowls, the ocean drums, rainstick, and chimes, guided breathwork, and intentional stillness, you'll be invited to soften into stillness, reconnect with your inner calm, and allow rest to rise from within.
