Join us for an intentional 60 Minute virtual afternoon sound bathas the seasons shift and nature begins to turn inward, youβre invited to reflect, release, and receive.
Led by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR-Certified Trauma Specialist, Ashley Rhys. This fall-inspired session will guide you through grounding breathwork, healing sound frequencies, and a restorative space to lay down what you no longer need and gather what still nourishes you.
Just like the trees, we too are allowed to shed.
And just like the soil, we too deserve to rest.
Whether you're releasing emotional tension, preparing for a new season in life, or simply needing a moment to pause β Sacred Harvest offers a space to be still, breathe deep, and come home to yourself.
